• manufacturing variations

Natural materials including wood, velvet, fabric and leather may contain slight variations in colour, texture or grain. These are normal characteristics and are not defects.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure descriptions, dimensions and specifications are accurate.

• slight manufacturing tolerances may occur;
• measurements may vary slightly;
• fabrics may differ between production batches.

Where dimensions are critical, customers should measure their room, staircases, hallways, lifts and doorways before ordering.

DreamNap accepts no responsibility where products cannot be delivered because access measurements were not checked before purchase.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Occasionally pricing errors may occur.

If a product has been incorrectly priced we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order before dispatch;
• contact you to offer the correct price;
• provide a full refund if payment has already been taken.

7. Promotional Offers

• delivery restrictions;

Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

We accept secure payment methods displayed on our website at checkout.

Payment must be authorised before production or dispatch begins.

Where finance or deferred payment options are available, additional lender terms may apply.

We do not store full payment card details.

11. Order Changes

If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may be possible before production or dispatch begins.

Once production has started, particularly for made-to-order or customised items, changes may no longer be possible.

Additional charges may apply where amendments increase our costs.

12. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch.

If your order has already entered production, particularly for made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible or cancellation charges may apply where permitted by law.

Where your order qualifies for cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured specifically to your order.

This may include:

• custom sizes;
• selected fabrics;
• bespoke colours;
• personalised configurations;
• special order items.

Where goods are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, cancellation and return rights may be limited in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

These restrictions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Where an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may:

• delay delivery;
• issue a full refund.

Minor improvements or changes that do not materially affect the product may occur without prior notice.
